Who is Weeks Auction?
Weeks Auction Company, LLC. holds a consignment auction every 2nd Friday of the month at our 33 acre facility located in Ocala, FL.
Our auctions average around 1500 items and 200+ consignors.
Buyers come from the Eastern and Mid -Western United States, Canada, Mexico and several Latin and South American countries.
Throughout the year Weeks also conducts sales for others at their locations.
Weeks is a safe and dependable choice for selling your valuable items.
Estates, Business Liquidations & Large Auctions
If your need to sell was to arise, we will be glad to give you a quote to conduct an Auction at your location or ours with very competitive commission rates.
Municipality Auctions
Weeks Auction Company is under contract with many Florida municipalities and would be glad to bid on the liquidation of your surplus equipment.
Our auctions are completely mobile and can be held at your location, or ours!

The best way to get an item into one of our auctions is to get it here. You will need to bring your item days or even in some cases weeks before one of our auctions in order for the item to be cataloged and any titlework completed.
Fees For Licensed Vehicles
Licensed vehicles to be sold at Weeks Auction is $100 up until the Weds prior to that month's auction and $200 after that.
If you have a large number of items or concerns about your vehicle title, please contact our offices ahead of time to ensure a smooth selling experience.
Item Transportation
If you have an item you would like to sell but are uncertain about getting the item to our auction grounds, call us! We can connect you with a transportation specialist and in some cases we may purchase your item outright. It never hurts to ask.
What are the fees for consigning an item?
When selling an item at our permanent facility in Ocala, Weeks will charge a fee of 15% on the first $500.00 and 8% on the remaining balance.
If an item doesn’t sell within 3 months, the consignor may reclaim their item.
Off Site Auctions – fees can vary. Please contact us for more information regarding off-site auctions.
Can I Set a Reserve?
Yes, you may set a reserve for your item however, Weeks Auction Company is not responsible for price protection.
You or a representative for you or your business must be present at time of the sale to protect your item otherwise your item will be sold to the highest bidder.
